Aerial shots used to be reserved only for big productions, but in the last decade drone technology has advanced to the point that nowadays good event aftermovies use them for establishing shots, real estate brokers use them to make their listings stand out, and engineers can use drone photos to measure and plan things out. Drone shots elevate the production value of your project by showing the viewer the world from a bird’s eye view instead of what we are used to seeing.
Today’s FPV (First-person-view) drones allow for even more immersive experience, as the paired goggles allow the manually controlled drones to also fly indoors, through tight obstacles, around people and cars, making high-paced chasing shots and beautiful one-shot house tours a reality. This is not something everybody can replicate.
